Weekly Training Analysis
We conduct a thorough analysis of your training progress each week, evaluating your Training Stress Score (TSS), Chronic Training Load (CTL), and Acute Training Load (ATL) ratios. Weekly review sessions allow us to discuss your results in detail and identify areas for improvement.
Daily Support
We are available to answer any training-related questions within 5 hours. In case of emergencies such as crashes or acute pain, athletes can reach us via phone call for immediate assistance.

Initial Analysis Period:
To effectively analyze and adapt to each athlete’s training style, we require a minimum of 2 months. The first month focuses on building a solid training base to prevent adverse effects or injuries, setting the stage for more intensive training in subsequent months.
Health Considerations:
We prioritize the health and well-being of our athletes. If you are recovering from health issues, we advise against exerting yourself or putting in hard efforts until you are fully recovered. This cautious approach helps prevent further complications and ensures a safe return to training.
Fees
The fee for our personal training/coaching program is Rs. 5000. This investment in your athletic journey provides comprehensive support, tailored training, and expert guidance to help you achieve your goals.
